It’s Labor Day here in America, and what better way to spend it than with the new (old) adventure of gaming’s hardest-working hedgehog? We’ve got 12 minutes of footage from Sonic Mania to facilitate just that. No commentary, no editing, just you, Sonic and a tour of the game’s Green Hill Zone and Studiopolis Zone.
We’ve sampled these Sonic Mania stages before, but this latest capture direct from the demo at PAX West is a deeper and more thorough exploration of all the game has to offer.
Sonic Mania is being created by Headcannon and PagodaWest Games alongside Sega and Christian Whitehead. It’s due out on PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One next year.
